Order an Appraisal
If you are a financial institution (bank, mortgage broker, etc) or other such business entity that has already contacted us to negotiate price and payment terms and conditions, please use the financial institution appraisal order form. If you have not yet contacted us, please do so before filling out the order form.
We will extend terms and offer discounts for prompt payment to approved financial institutions. We also offer quantity discounts for businesses that give us a specified minimum number of appraisals per week.
If you are a homeowner or other non-financial related business that needs a real estate appraisal, please fill out the homeowner appraisal order form.
Current Price List for Appraisal Services:
- OUR CURRENT BASE SERVICE AREA IS A 50 MILE RADIUS FROM THE CENTER OF FREMONT OHIO. THERE WILL BE A VARYING ADDITIONAL CHARGE FOR TIME, MILEAGE, LODGING, AND OTHER TRAVEL RELATED EXPENSES. (We try to be as reasonable as possible on this)
- If we are subpoenaed or asked to appear in court as a witness, the fee for this is presently $175.00/hr plus related expenses.
There are no set fees for a commercial or farm appraisal. Call us and we will discuss what we need to quote the job.
Payment Terms:
If you are a non-financial institution we will need advance payment or you will need to pay us upon inspection. We accept cash, check, and most major credit cards. (MC,VISA, AMEX, DISCOVER, JCB)
