Confidentiality and Privacy Waiver

Whereas, Vector Appraisal LLC is an Ohio limited liability company licensed to do appraisals in the State of Ohio, wishes to enter an agreement with property owners whose properties are being appraised by Vector Appraisal LLC wherein Vector Appraisal LLC may use the subject property information in order to formulate comparisons for other properties. Therefore, with valuable consideration given the receipt of which is acknowledged by the parties, the parties agree as follows:

Agreement:

I, the subject property owner irrevocably license the right to copy, duplicate, store, archive, retrieve, digitize, transmit, distribute, the information gathered by Vector Appraisal LLC in the appraisal of my real and/or my personal property for the purposes of allowing Vector Appraisal LLC to use the information to formulate a comparison property analysis. I specifically acknowledge that I am not entitled to any royalty, advance, or other compensation in connection with the use of the information concerning my property. I hereby voluntarily waive my Privacy Act Rights in regards to any of the information gathered and expressly authorize Vector Appraisal LLC to use said information to formulate a comparison property analysis.

I hereby waive any and all claims against Vector Appraisal LLC for Vector Appraisal LLC's use of the material as provided herein. I waive all rights to compensation for use of the material.

It is further agreed that Vector Appraisal LLC shall not disclose nonpublic personal information to third parties.

I agree that this agreement shall be interpreted in accordance with the laws of the State of Ohio.

If any provision of this Agreement shall, for any reason, be held invalid, or unenforceable in any respect the (a) such invalidity or unenforceability shall not affect any other provision of this Agreement and (b) this agreement shall be construed as if such invalid or unenforceable provision had never been contained herein.

This document contains the entire understanding between You and Vector Appraisal LLC and supersedes all prior contemporaneous agreements and understandings, written or oral concerning the subject matter hereof. No amendment, waiver, consent, variation, or modifications shall be made to this Agreement unless it is set forth in a document signed by both Parties.

Additional costs will be assessed for appraisals conducted beyond our basic service area and we may require an inspection of the property before we quote the job. Special conditions, such as difficulty accessing or measuring the property or other special conditions or circumstances may necessitate a higher than normal fee.

Note: Electronic transmission of this order binds the client only to the basic appraisal fee and confidentiality waiver plus any other fees specifically identified on the order form. Unknown fees or charges will be identified and billed only after client authorization.

Attentinon homeowners: Payment is due in advance or COD upon inspection. Payments for businesses are due within 30 days of invoice date.

This order may be cancelled without penalty anytime prior to inspection of the subject property. Cancellation after inspection, but before comparable sales have been pulled will result in a minimum $100.00 trip charge plus any additional fees and expenses incurred by Vector Appraisal, LLC. Cancellation after comparable sales have been pulled will result in no refund.
